Is the server down?

I was just wondering if the server is down for a little because last night when I tried to log on, and again this morning it says, "failed connection to server" or it will just be stuck loading at 0%. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated Smile

The server has not been down. Unless you tried to log in both times in the process of an update.

Sorry for the late response, the client should be fine, but make sure your java is up to date, also make sure you are running the correct java 32bit or 64 bit.

Not sure if you know how to check to see what type of operating system you have, if you are running windows 7, or vista, click on the start menu, then right click on computer and choose properties.

for xp, open the start menu and right click on my computer and choose properties, if you don't see "x64 edition" then you are running a 32 bit.

I'm on a mac, and I've already been on the server i don't understand why i am having this issue, it is very frustrating.

Hmm, I know much less about Mac. If you have been on, you shouldn't be having an issue with the client now.

well haven't been able to get back on the server… don't think anyone really cares tho

I've been trying to help you get back on, the only other thing i can think of that may work, is trying to play on the webclient or re-downloading the client.

Your problem I'd imagine did run with an IPban. When a group of people who go to servers to forcefully offer services uninvited and then immaturely say they'll exploit things. I wouldn't say thats a group I'd want to get tangled up with cause their audience becomes a burden. Those kids came to exploit, you came to play. Standing in their crowd marked you as one of them.

Your IPban has been lifted. Just play as normal and in the event you do see that message. Please take this to the "account recovery" forum topic. The server is 24/7 and mean't to stay that way, we don't have much downtime.
