Minimum Stats Needed: 70 Range, 70 Defense, 70 Prayer, and 70 Strength to "Bang on the Big Door" later on. While you can use melee to fight, it is inefficient and gear is more pricier in order to keep up with GWD.
Gear to Use
-Helm: Armadyl Helm > Karil's Coif > God Coif
-Body:Armadyl Chestplate > Karil's Body > Black D'hide Body
-Legs: Armadyl Chainskirt > Karil's Skirt > Black D'hide Legs
-Cape: Ava's Accumulator > Ava's Attractor > God Cloak > Skillcape
-Gloves:Armadyl Gloves, God Vambraces (EX: Saradomin Vambraces)
-Boots: Armadyl Boots > Glaiven Boots > Bandos boots > Dragon Boots > Any Boots
-Necklace: God Stole (EX: Zamorak Stole) > Amulet of Fury > Amulet of Glory
-Ring: Archer's Ring > Ring of Life or Ring of Wealth depending on what you feel like bringing
-Shield: Any special Spirit Shield (Like Arcane or Spectral Spirit Shield) > God Book > Regular Spirit Shield
-Weapon: Chaotic Crossbow (Bought with Donor Coins or from a player) > Armadyl Crossbow > Rune Crossbow
-Ammo: Dragon Bolts (e) > Diamond Bolts (e) > Ruby Bolts (e)
- High-Tiered Set Up (Zamorak Stole to protect from Zamorak's Minions, Saradomin Book for Saradomin's Minions, Bandos Boots for Bandos Minions and Armadyl Gear for Armadyl's Minions)
- Lower-Tiered Set Up (The reason I don't have any Armadyl Gear in this set-up is because there aren't too many Armadyl Minions in Bandos's Corner nor are there many Saradomin Minions but it is better to be safer then sorry).
Inventory
Replace all the Saradomin Brew Flasks and Super Restore Flasks with Sharks+ Food if you can't get a hold of that many flasks. Fire Runes and Law Runes are for Trollheim Teleports, if you can't teleport to Trollheim replace them with an Emergency Teleport Tab or whatever you feel is necessary for your survival.
Also there is an alter in Bandos's Stronghold if you ever need to restore prayer, if you want replace a row of Saradomin Flasks and a Super Restore Flask for a few Prayer Renewal Flasks or Potions and a Familiar if you can bring any.
-Now the first step to fighting Graardor and his squad is getting into the room with them.
- Get to Bandos Corner, aka Northwest
- Kill any Bandos Minions: goblins, hobgoblins, orks, or jogres. Kill them until you have killed 40 Bandos Minions total. Down Below shows a place where I like to stay for KC, in the blue box area are where Hobgoblins like to hang out but Orks are there too and in the red box area are low leveled goblins but jogres hang near.. However these are easier KC then orks and Jogres. If you can, bring a melee weapon for easier kills and less hp done in if you're using ruby bolts (e) as their special harms you.
- Then "Bang Big Door" and run North-east and try to stay close the walls so you don't get lost.
- Once you see Graardor and his minions, pot up if you brought any potions (I personally generally don't bring any but if you want to, it may help), pray melee and head on in!
- First kill Sergeant Steelwill, he's a uses Magic and gets quite annoying.
- After you kill Steelwill, take care of Sergeant Grimspike, he's a Ranger.
- When those two minions are down, go ahead and take care of General Graardor as Sergeant Strongstack poses no threat with you praying against melee.
- Finally, when General Graardor falls, take care of Sergeant Strongstack and you have completely wrecked Graardor and is crew!
- You can stay for another round if you feel ready, if not teleport out, restock and repeat for profit.
Possible Rewards: Godsword Shard 1, 2, or 3. Bandos Chestplate, Bandos Tassets, or Bandos Hilt.
*Be warned! You will not instantaneously profit unless you're lucky! It takes time and effort to utilize this method but it is time well spent.
