Black screening happens to some unfortunate 64-bit users depending on their computers software. It'll happen the first time you're connected to some servers like mine as the cache downloads necessary files for it to give your software to give display.
Usually your options are to wait it out or restart your client till it works but I'm going to walk you step by step on how to go ahead and get rid of that black screen for Windows Operating Systems by giving you the full file its downloading:
(You may need to close your client to switch these folders as they're in use when its opened)
Step #3 Option 2:
Follow the instructions in 3.1 and unpack the folder to a place you can remember and get ready to drag it to this destination:
Start Menu > Computer > Local Disk (C:) (Or whichever your main drive is) > Users > (Current logged in user) > (Here is where you'll drag the folder to)
(You may need to close your client to switch these folders as they're in use when its opened)
Step #4:
Start your client with the folder added/replaced, if black screen persists: one more restart may have to do.
